Call for Submissions
The New Zealand Journal of Human Resource Management is running a special issue on Women and Leadership. While it is well documented that women continue to navigate a “leadership labyrinth”, evidence is mounting that organizational gains are made when gender diversity is represented in the C-suite and at the top table.
